Secondary and Higher secondary Students Career counselling session
"Fostering Dreams and shaping futures"
The Career Counselling Session was held on May 26, 2023 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Shree Narayana Cultural Mission, Ahmedabad . The programme commenced with a prayer followed by an inspiring presidential address by Shri KRS Dharan, the honourable President of SNCM.
Session 1 featured Dr. Nilay Bhuptani, the Director of Vishwakarma Government Engineering College, Government of Gujarat. He provided valuable insights into diverse opportunities in technical education and other creative fields.
In Session 2, Dr. Kamlesh Vyas, Partner- Financial Advisory at Deloitte India, shared his expertise . He stated significance of 8 points program and 5 basic goals (good communication, Enthusiasm, inter personal relationship, clarity of thought, analytical & not to be impulsive) as prerequisite qualities and skills for successful career . The session was followed by a stimulating Q/A session where parents and students actively participated.
Dr Nilesh Bhuptani received a felicitation from Shri KRS Dharan, President, and Shri Shibu Gangadharan, Treasurer, which included a floral bouquet, shawl, memento, souvenir and sweets. Similarly, Dr Kamlesh Vyas was honored by Shri KC Ashokan, Vice President, Shri Ashokan Karayi, Jt General Secretary and Shri VV Rajeev , Organizing Secretary with the same tokens of appreciation.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Madhabi Prashant Bhattad, Principal, SNGV. Ms Usha Mohan, Headmistress of SNGV was the anchor of the programme. The Career Counselling Session successfully achieved its objective of connecting students with experienced speakers, enabling them to explore various career paths.
